LINEAGE OF SHRI VALLABHACHARYA:

Yagnanarayan Bhatt of Kankarvad, caste velnadu Brahmin performed 32 Som Yagnas, when Lord Krishna appeared and blessed him, saying that when in his family 100 Som Yagnas are completed He, Himself will take birth in Yagnanarayan Bhatt's descendants family. Yagnarayan Bhatt's son Gangadhar Bhatt performed 28 Som yagnas. Gangadhar Bhatt's son Ganapathi Bhatt performed 30 Som Yagnas. Ganapathi Bhatt's son Balam Bhatt (also known as Vallabh Bhatt) performed 5 Som yagnas. Balam Bhatt had two sons Janardhan Bhatt and Lakshman Bhatt.

Lakshman Bhattji married two sisters Yellama garuji and Illama Garuji. Lakshman Bhattji performed 5 Som yagnas. Thus completing 100 Som Yagnas in his family. Lakshman Bhattji had one son, Ram Krishna and two daughters, Subhadra and Saraswati before Vallabhacharya (being the 2nd son of Lakshman Bhatt and Illama Garu, born in Champaran). Vallabhacharyaji married Mahalakshmiji. They had two sons, Gopinathji and Vitthalnathji. Gopinathji had one son Purushothamji. Purushothamji died issueless.

Vitthalnathji married Rukmaniji, they had 4 Daughters and 6 Sons:

The daughters names were;
1. Shobha
2. Yamuna
3. Kamala
4. Devaka

The name of 6 sons were;

1. Girdharji (Married Bhaminiji)
2. Govindji (married Raniji)
3. Baalkrishnaji (Married Kamala)
4. Gokulnathji (Married Parvati)
5. Raghupatiji (Married Janaki)
6. Yadhunathji (Married Maharaniji).

There after Shri Gusainji married Padmavati on the instance of Rani Durgavati. Through Padmavati one son was born by name Ghanshyamji (Married Krishnavati) .
